Entrees
Veal Short Ribs – house braised veal short ribs, grilled to perfection & brushed with a pomegranate BBQ glaze. 
Served with butternut squash puree & grilled asparagus.
Teres Major & Scallop Scampi – cast iron seared teres major cooked to your liking and topped with a sun-dried tomato & scallop scampi. Served over barley risotto & grilled asparagus
Local Rockfish – pan seared rockfish filet, served over a southern potato hash & topped with a creamy

bearnaise sauce. Served with grilled asparagus 
Lobster Fettuccine – butter poached lobster tail mixed with fresh fettuccine noodles & tossed in a creamy garlic 
white wine alfredo. Served with a grilled baguette.
Veggie Lasagna – layers of zucchini, yellow squash, house marinara, ricotta cheese, & herbs, baked to perfection and topped with parmesan cheese. Served with a grilled baguette.
